Welcome to Salas Diagnostics & Repair. By using our mobile mechanic and diagnostic services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Salas Diagnostics & Repair provides mobile automotive diagnostic and repair services at the customer’s location within the San Diego area. All appointments are subject to technician availability.

2. Estimates and Payments

All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on additional parts or labor required. Payment is due upon service completion unless approved financing arrangements are made in advance.

3. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a limited 30 days parts and labor warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to customer-supplied parts or misuse after repair.

4. Liability

While every precaution is taken during service, Salas Diagnostics & Repair is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, manufacturer defects, or damage unrelated to our work.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice. Missed appointments without notice may result in a service call fee.

6. SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages for appointment updates, service communications, and optional promotions. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”

7. Privacy

We value your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
